The ARTFL database is a core collection of digitized French texts from the 12th century to the present. It covers classic works of literature, non-fiction prose, and scientific and technical writings. It also includes historical French dictionaries and encyclopędias dating back to the 16th century as well as modern reference works such as a French-English dictionary and an excellent verb conjugator.
